A Big Thank You to Chef Georges Perrier (Le Bec-Fin) and Chef Pierre Calmels (Bibou & Le Cheri) for their guidance at the Philadelphia Produce Market. Chef Greg Headen and Owner Michael Franco now have the weight of Crow and the Pitcher on their shoulders and it helps to have good friends willing to step in.
While I’m certainly not a professional photographer when I scroll through some of the food pics I’ve taken over the last year I can’t help but get hungry. I figured it would be nice if I passed a few of these mouth watering gems along to you. Most pics were shot with my Canon T3i but a few were actually shot with my iPhone 5s, its amazing the photos that an iPhone can take.
