Haven Bar & Restaurant sits on North Main Street in historic Port Chester, NY, pouring craft cocktails and an extensive beer list alongside a menu of shareable plates. The owners wanted Haven Port Chester to look as good online as it feels inside, but running a busy bar and restaurant leaves little time for websites and social media, so they brought in Small Talk Media to take the reins. Right away we rebuilt their Squarespace website with an elevated look and feel and made it easy for guests to find what they want most: the cocktail and food menus, table reservations and upcoming events. Behind the scenes we did the SEO work on every page, set up Google Search Console and connected Google Analytics and Meta tracking so we can see what brings guests through the door. Private parties are a big focus for the owners, so we built a private events page for people searching for a party venue in Port Chester, with the inquiry form right at the top. Haven’s calendar is packed with cocktail classes, karaoke, music bingo and trivia nights. We keep the events page current and promote each night on their Instagram and Facebook with custom graphics from our design team. We also launched a Birthday Club signup that grows their guest list and gives regulars a reason to come back and celebrate. We’re excited to have Haven as a new client and look forward to helping this Port Chester favorite keep growing.
