Our client, Cavanaugh’s Headhouse, was trying to find a way to attract more regulars to their business. Through multiple meetings and conversations we collectively came up with the Whiskey Passport, a loyalty program that rewards customers for trying something new each time they visit. We started going back and forth with our designer on a process that seemed like an eternity but we finally nailed it and the Whiskey Passports are now safely behind the bar at Cavanuagh’s Headhouse.
